Apr 22, 2022

The Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No. 119 (HCWCID 119) Board of Directors held an educational open house at the Klein Volunteer Fire Department Station No. 3 on April 19th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.

Consultants to the District were there to provide additional information and give residents an opportunity to ask them any questions they had regarding the bond authorization process. Furthermore, the public was able to ask questions about the election regarding the propositions on the May 7, 2022 ballot. Community members were provided the opportunity to speak with the District’s legal counsel, financial advisor, district engineer, and resident board members about the goals and financial health of the District. Many community members thanked the team for their transparency in educating the public.

Exhibits shown at the open house are included with this article. Residents are encouraged to review the exhibits and submit any follow-up questions about the District’s election via this website’s Contact Us page.
